Well, summer is officially here! My kids got out of school 2 weeks ago – but it is the 115 degree weather this weekend that is telling me that we are in for a HOT summer! Luckily there are some fun free and cheap family fun activities that we can enjoy indoors while we are in the heat wave.

Every 4th grader will get an Every Kid in the Park pass food for FREE admission to all of America’s National Parks. The pass will be good for one full year and will be good for the 4th graders & their families as most parks charge admission per car. This is part of President Obama’s Every Kid in the Park initiative.
