DIY Pineapple Dole WhipBelieve me when I say that you will want to make this DIY Pineapple Dole Whip. Not only is it easy (only 3 steps), but it will be a cool treat during the HOT summer that the kids (and you) will love, and it will remind of you Disney WITHOUT standing in line.

I don’t know about you but this summer is just so HOT – and I just can’t stand to eat or drink anything hot, so I thought this DIY Pineapple Dole Whip would be a perfect mid-afternoon treat with the kids.  We have been trying to beat the heat with the pool – but even that is getting hot, so nice cold treats are in order!

So if you are looking for a refreshing treat this summer, make sure you check out this DIY Pineapple Dole Whip.

  • 2 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
  • 8 oz frozen Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 3 tbsp Honey or 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice

  1. Blend all ingredients in strong blender or food processor until whipped.
  2. If mixture is too runny, add 1/4 cup ice and process further.
  3. Too look more like a creamy whip, transfer mixture to piping bag with star tip and pipe into cups.
