7 Layer Dip Getting ready for the Super Bowl? 7 layer dip is such a party favorite and making it in individualized cups allows people to move away from the dining table and mingle with other guests. I also like the individual cups because it is easier for kids, and it cuts down on sharing germs! Plus, they are just so festive! It really isn’t much harder to make your dip in the cups rather than a bowl, so the next time you are looking for an appetizer to please a crowd, try 7 Layer Dip Individual Cups.

7 Layer Dip Individual Cups

Ingredients (Yield about 6 individual cups)

  • 16 oz Refried Beans (or make your own)
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning (or make your own Taco Seasoning)
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup slice Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced Olives

Directions

  1. Add taco seasoning to refried beans and mix well.
  2. Drain some of the moisture from the salsa so that it doesn’t seep down into lower layers.
  3. Layer ingredients into each cup being careful not to smear on the sides.
  4. Gently push down each ingredient to clean any empty spaces.
  5. Layer about 2 tablespoons of each into the cups:
    • Bean mixture
    • Guacamole
    • Sour Cream
    • Salsa
    • Cheese
    • Divide tomatoes evenly across cups.
    • Top each with green onions and olives.
    • Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Enjoy!
