Copycat bisquick mix

As a busy mom, who has gone back to graduate school, I need recipes that are quick and easy. That is why I love having this Copycat Bisquick Mix on hand. I can make pancakes or waffles for breakfast, biscuits or dumplings for dinner – or even a strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Making this Copycat Bisquick Mix is easy and it saves me money. I just make it ahead of time and then keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator to use when I need it.
