Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino

Starbucks Caramel FrappuccinoIt is hot. So hot. What is a better way to cool down this summer than to enjoy an iced cold Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino. But if you aren’t sure that you want to spend the money every day for your coffee obsession – why not make one yourself and save a hot trip in the car AND some cash!

Caramel is my favorite, so here is a recipe for a Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino. Once you have all these ingredients on hand, it will be easy to whip one of these decadent coffee sensations up in no time! Doesn’t this look perfect to sip out by the pool?

Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino

  • 1 cup double-strength Starbucks Coffee (cold)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cup Ice
  • 1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Squirt of Whipped Cream
  • Drizzle Torani Carmel Sauce


  1. Put cold coffee, milk, sugar, ice, a squirt of caramel and xanthan gum in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into cup and top with whipped Cream and drizzle of caramel.

Isn’t that easy? And it will save you money this summer, too. Enjoy!
