Case Logic Backpack Review

I am heading to grad school this semester so when I had a chance to review a few Case Logic backpacks, I was more than happy to check them out. I needed a bag that was functional since I would be carrying my computer and books, but I also wanted something comfortable and stylish.

I was very pleased with the Case Logic Berkeley Plus backpack because it holds my laptop and a tablet. Not only does it match my computer and phone EXACTLY, it also holds everything I need without being too bulky. I recently took it on a trip to a blogging conference and it was the perfect size to take on the plane with me to hold my electronics, a book to read, and snacks! The backpack is light weight, which is great because I don’t want something bulky before putting in my books. Plus, my MacBook Air is light, so with just the computer, it is like carrying nothing!

If you want a backpack that holds a bit more, you may want to check out the Griffith Park collection. These backpacks also hold both a laptop and tablet, with plenty of extra room for books, cords, school supplies and anything else you may need. I also had a chance to review the Griffith Park Plus Backpack, which has plenty of room for a change of clothes along with the laptop compartment. My husband has claimed this backpack since it is great for him to take to work and on business trips. He doesn’t like to check luggage for quick trips, so this backpack allows him to carry his computer, a change of clothes and any other necessities.

More Features:

  • Laptop compartment also fits all daily gear from notebooks to a change of clothes
  • Plush-lined, top loading pocket on backpanel keeps phone quickly accessible yet secure between backpack and user
  • Dual tablet storage options include thickly padded exterior pocket for quick retrieval and internal slip pocket for secure storage during extended trips
  • Soft air mesh padding and lightweight contoured foam backpanel with airflow channels create a cool and comfortable carry
  • Transition pocket on the bottom provides a convenient place to store bulkier items, such as a power brick during the workday and a jacket or bike lock in your leisure time
  • Organizational panel with integrated key fob keeps small accessories easy to locate
  • Adjustable sternum strap provides security and comfortLarge side pockets provide additional storage for accessories and unzip to fit a water bottle
  • Quick access front pocket conveniently stores a snack or small go-to items
  • Sturdy lash point for carabiner attachment
  • Side compression straps keep the backpack at whatever size your day requires
  • Padded top grab handle for easy lifting and loading
  • Strap management system keeps excess strap material rolled up, secured in place and out of your way

Case Logic also makes Macbook and laptop sleeves.

I bought a Case Logic MacBook Air sleeve right after getting my computer and I really like that I can take it alone or fit it into the backpack for extra protection. I’ve found great deals on Case Logic on Amazon, so if you are looking for computer sleeves or backpacks, I would check there first.

I like that it’s got a space for the laptop or tablet. I don’t like having to carry two different bags for the books and laptop, and then have to carry my purse too. This makes it way more convenient.
