tide prize packIs anyone else ready for some Spring Cleaning?  Maybe it is because of the rain storm we had over the weekend, but I’m just feeling ready for some cleaning, purging and organizing. And even though laundry is always part of my weekly cleaning, I know that I’ll have even more as I start going through closets and bring out spring clothes, blankets and towels.

As I do more laundry, I’m especially excited to try out some of the different Tide products. My boys are both playing baseball (or T-ball) this Spring, and so I know that Tide plus Febreze Freshness SPORT will be a welcome addition to my laundry routine. It is specially formulated to fight tough stains like grass, dirt, clay and blood, all while helping to eliminate odor.

I’m also looking forward to trying Tide Ultra Stain Release, which contains technologies to help lift off stains with ease, and Tide Coldwater HE, which is specially formulated for a high efficiency washer to provide a brilliant clean in cold water conditions. Tide Coldwater HE helps you save money by switching from warm water to cold – and you know I like anything that can help me save!

Other Tide products to check out:

  • Tide plus Febreze – contains new renewing scent technology, which releases on motion
  • Tide plus Downy – formulated with special ingredients that provide softening benefits through the wash
  • Tide plus Bleach Alternative – that contains no chlorine bleach and has an ingredient that neutralizes the chlorine in your water

I’ll be trying these Tide products in the next week and give you an update as to how they worked! Until then, I’d love to hear about your favorite Tide products.

  • Sandra Unangst

Pick 1 room at a time and stick to it. If something needs to be removed to another room, instead of carrying it there, make a pile to be moved when you are done. Otherwise if you go to another room you will get side tracked.

  • Allison Schumm

    Looks like a great product.

  • Andrea Williams

I also choose to do one room or closet at a time. Try to do a little every day if possible.

  • Elena Istomina

my tip is to clean out the closets and donate the stuff you don’t use

  • Jill A. Collins

To clean ceiling fans use a pillow case. Slide the blade inside the case and dust both sides at once. The dust will fall into the pillowcase and not scatter all over the house.

  • Pamela F.

Inexpensive toothbrushes work well cleaning out all those dirty corners throughout the house.

  • Sunnie

Id say go room by room and pace yourself.

Use a tote to throw gently used clothing and toys in and donate to the salvation army

Do one room at a time until you’re finished.

  • Clean up the big dirt first then dust otherwise they say it will just keep moving around. Thank you, Jerri Davis

  • buy one of those little hand vacs – much easier than dishpan for little dirt after sweeping

  • Kenya

Focus on one thing so that you’re not distracted. If you are picking up clothes, then pick them all up. If it’s papers, clean it up then move to something else
