White Chocolate Cinnamon Bars

I love the smell of baking cinnamon around the holidays and this recipe is sure to be a hit for any celebrations you have this Fall.  These are simple to make, smell amazing, and are delicious! Check out this recipe for these White Chocolate Cinnamon Bars. The nice part is you can cut the bars into the size you want – so if you are entertaining and want bite size bars, you can do that.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar for 30 seconds using an electric mixer.
  3. Add in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking soda and mix until incorporated.
  4. Slowly add in flour and mix until combined. Lastly, fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Spread dough evenly into a greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
