It is the Fall season and everyone loves their sweets when its cold outside! You have your pies and your ciders and many other wonderful treats!  But these Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Hershey Kisses are unique, while being super easy to make. They give you that bite of Fall you’re looking for when you’re snuggling up on the couch with your loved ones. They simply just melt in your mouth and will leave you wanting more and more. Here’s how you make them!

Time Spent: 30 minutes

Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Hershey Kisses

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of your favorite cake mix (I used just yellow cake – $1.89 at Fry’s/Kroger but you can use chocolate or spice cake, whatever you desire)
  • Pumpkin Spice Hershey kisses ($3.50)
  • 15 oz can of Pumpkin ($1.89)
  • Optional cinnamon or pumpkin spice

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Stir together your cake mix  and your can of pumpkin. You can choose to add pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon as an optional flavor

  • Now, using an ice cream scooper scoop out your mix onto a pan (be sure to line with wax paper or spray with cooking spray)
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes ( If you desire a softer cookie, leave in for about 8 and if you like a more firm cookie leave in closer to 10)
  • While your cookies are baking, get as many of your pumpkin spice Hershey kisses that you need, 1 for each cookie and begin to take off the wrappers to save time.
  • As soon as you take your cookies out of the oven, while they are still really soft push a kiss into each cookie and allow them to cool

Wasn’t that easy? A simple 3 or 4 ingredients to make these delicious Fall treats! I hope they stay in your house longer than they did mine! My family ate them all right up!
