This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dollar General. All opinions are 100% mine.

Reading is very important to me, not only as a mother or an educator, but as someone who knows that it has been my love of reading that has helped me accomplish many of the goals in my life. My children know that reading is important and from a very early age both my husband and I have tried to impart our own love of reading to them. If it has been reading Goodnight Moon or a Dr. Suess favorite, we read stories each night before they go to bed.

So, when I heard about the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to help further the cause of education and literacy in America, I was excited to learn more. Since 1993, the Dollar General Literacy Foundation has awarded more than $81 million in grants to nonprofit organizations and schools all around the United States that have helped more than 4.7 million individuals learn to read, prepare for the high school equivalency test, or learn the English language.

This summer, Pepsi© and Lipton© are teaming together to donate $50,000 to the Dollar General Literacy Foundation and to help support this amazing cause, a new coupon is available to save $1.85 on Lipton Pure Leaf products. So not only can you find Pepsi© and Lipton© products at Dollar General (at a great price!), but you can support them as they work to support literacy.

Don’t forget that you can find a variety of products at Dollar General and they accept coupons, so you can maximize your savings on some of your favorite products.
