If you have a printed Target Coupon Policy, you’ll want to toss that one and print this new policy since they updated their policy today, June 18, 2012. Some of the changes that I see that you’ll want to make note of include:

  • Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on coupon).
  • Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer Coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target GiftCard.
(Example: If you buy Tide for $5 and use a $1/1 coupon, but decide to return it, you’ll get the $4 cash back and $1 Target Gift Card. It should also be noticed that this policy says “may”, so it will probably vary by store if they honor this.
  • We do not accept Canadian coupons in our US stores.
