Teacher Appreciation Week FREEBIES, Deals, and Discounts

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week  (May 6 –11) 2012 and many companies are offering FREEBIES or discounts to show their appreciation for our hard working teachers – so make sure you check out the list below and then let all your teacher friends or family know, so they can enjoy, too!


Buca di Beppo – FREE Individual Portion of Spaghetti Marinara, Fettuccine Alfredo or Baked Ziti when you show your Teacher ID. No purchase necessary.

iT’Z – FREE Buffet & Drink on Tuesday May 8th only with teacher ID. Find a location near you in NM, CO or TX.

Office Max – FREE Apple Tote with purchase of any 2 Post-It Notes items or Scotch items.

Haagen-Dazs – FREE Ice Cream Cone on Tuesday May 8. This is for everyone, not just teachers.

Clorox Disinfecting Wipes – Teachers can get 2 FREE Clorox Disinfecting wipes canisters when they upload their back-to-school list. While supplies last.


Barnes & Noble – 25% off this week (20% off year round). Sign up for their Educator card, which is free, and available for those employed in a pre-K-12 public, private, or parochial school. Homeschool parents are also eligible. (None for college educators though :( )

Jo-Anns – Teachers will receive 20% off the brands they purchase most like Crayola®, BusyKids™ and Elmer’s®. Save on a wide variety of fabric, craft and decor items. Show your current teacher ID along with photo ID at checkout.

Ann Taylor Loft – 25% off your entire purchase this week only

New York & Company – 20% off in-store purchase for signing up for Teacher program, then 15% off year round

Michael’s – 15% off your entire purchase (this is a year round program)

The Body Shop – Save $10 off a $20 purchase this week (through May 13).
