I love Pumpkin – and one of my favorite eats, since I was a little girl, is Pumpkin Bread. There are so many different Pumpkin Bread recipes available. I tried making this one a tad healthier, by using whole-wheat flour, applesauce (in place of oil) and a bit less sugar than many recipes I’ve seen. Plus, this is super simple and will make your whole house smell heavenly!

Nevermind, I just re-read the recipe and see that it says 350 degrees. I will blame it on brain overload. Thank you for the wonderful recipe :) Merry Christmas!
