Electronic devices for kids are a hot holiday item so I was excited to try out the Vtech MobiGo system. I also have a 3 year old that is just starting to get interested in games, so this was perfect because not only does it encourage learning, but also development of dexterity skills.
Some of the games were touch-based, which was much easier for my 3 year old to play with (he is already used to playing with my iPhone, so this was very similar for him). Other games are based on a keyboard, which my 6 year old really liked. I was glad to see there are games that focus on developing spelling, grammar, mathematics, and problem solving.
This is a great holiday gift since it helps to entertain the kids, while helping them learn! There are many different games, too, so you can pick your child’s favorite character. My 3 year old loves Mickey right now, so that is his pick!
