I’ll admit, I’m already in the Christmas mood – and I don’t think I’m the only one since Christmas music has already started to play in stores. I love this time of year and am happy to start to celebrate. And since we are big Veggie Tales fans in my house, I was excited to review the new Little Drummer Boy DVD.
About:
In this Veggie-version of a holiday classic, Junior Asparagus stars as The Little Drummer Boy, a lonely child who fins the true meaning of Christmas when he stumbles upon the birth of the baby Jesus. A story of hope, love, and forgiveness, this timeless tale will warm the hearts of children everywhere.
Of course, my boys loved the movie with the catchy music and classic Veggie Tales characters, while I loved the classic heart-felt message. This DVD also has a new cut of one of my favorite Christmas songs, “The Little Drummer Boy” by Bebe and Cece Winans.
You can buy The Little Drummer Boy at Veggie Tales or Amazon (or other places where DVDs are sold).

Also new this year is the CD: O Holy Night: Journey of a Little Drummer Boy. Well, I LOVE Christmas music and I was not disappointed with this track featuring music from Amy Grant, Matthew West, Steven Curtis Chapman, and BeBe & CeCe Winans.
Veggie Tales has also teamed up with World Vision to give families the opportunity to put the message of The Little Drummer Boy into action. You can make a donation to World Vision through the Veggie Tales Gift Catalog and talk to your kids about how meaningful these gifts are.
Win it!
