where did you get the coupon?

  • Sarah

I used it, and bought two roasts that came to just over $20. It says on the coupon that it has to be a $20 meat purchase so that is what I did. But through sales and coupons, today I bought $80 worth of groceries for $27! Love Fry’s.

  • Janelle

It was in the Safeway ad from Wednesday.

  • Sarah

Oh also wanted to say that my Fry’s still has Ronzoni and American Beauty pasta on sale for $1 and I know there are several $1/1 coupons out there for those brands. This wasn’t advertised so I didn’t take all my coupons, guess I might go back tomorrow.

  • Angie

That is why I always bring all my coupons that I have for those “ahh sh*t I didnt know that was on sale” moments lol I have one stack of coupons I am definatly using and then the other stack is all my other coupons. I keep the second stack in my purse unless I see a good deal and know there is a coupon to go with it….and thanks for the info. Hopefully it is on sale at my frys also!

  • Janell

At my store, only Raisin Bran Crunch was part of the sale for $1.99.

  • Janell

Kool-Aid packets are on sale 5 for $1 and if you go to the Kool-Aid facebook page and enter the sweeps, you can print a coupon for .50 off of 5, making them free after the double. Watch when they scan the coupon though because my coupon didn’t go to a dollar, it only gave me a .10 bonus (.60 total) but that was easily fixed when I went to customer service.

  • Kat

The coupon policy states that they do NOT price match. However, my Fry’s will take the coupon if the price is similar. In one scenario, she said since their ad price was higher than Fry’s, they wouldn’t bring it down

Example: Dawn Dish Soap. Fry’s price $1.99. Safeway coupon: $2.49 sale price minus .49 coupon = $1.99. They would not take .49 off the $1.99 at Fry’s.

One day left but I found some deals…

The Nutri Grain bars are $1.99 after the $5 off 5 deal, and Target has a $1 off 2 coupon making them $1.49 each and if you have a manufacturer coupon it may be even cheaper.

Gummi Bears 10/ $10 this week also, making them free if you printed the coupons last week.

I think this will work because the new coupon policy allows you to use a coupon that exceeds the price of the item (Ritz Crackers)… Buy 3 – 12 packs of Cola, and 2 Ritz Crackers. Fry’s deal is you get 2 Ritz Crackers free wyb 3 – 12 packs. Use $1 off 1 Ritz Cracker coupon from the Fry’s mailing = $9.99- $1 coupon – $8.99 for everything.
OR add 2 Cola 1.25 liters and 1 more 12 pack. Use 2 of the printable coupons for $1 off a Ritz Cracker and 1.25 liter Cola. = $13.32 plus the difference of the 1.25 liters.
