    The THANKYOU code is only giving me 20% off of the original price of 37.95. Plus the free shipping, it is not going down to 12.

    I put it in my bag and then I cant get the part where it says processing. I am guessing it’s their website. I am still trying. Doing live help now. This is for the backpack not the lunch box right? Such a good deal if so!
