    I have tried to use printable coupons before but they never work at the register. Do I need to print them on a certain paper or do i need to have colored ink?

    No, you don’t need any special paper or colored ink. The main thing is that the barcode just needs to be clear enough to be scanned. Most major stores take printable coupons – I actually haven’t found any that don’t. What store are you having trouble with?

    You can always look for the store policy on coupons and it will tell you if they take them or not.
