
TLC is bringing back the Extreme Couponing show starting Wednesday, April 6, at 9pm. The show promises 12 more episodes in the series dedicated to showcasing extreme stockpiling and couponing.
They originally aired the first episode last December – and I shared some of my thoughts then, but I think it is important to point out that what is displayed on that show is not how normal couponing looks like.
Of course I think you can save a lot on your grocery bill, but realistically, your goal should be to save between 40%-60%. Is couponing difficult? No, it isn’t and you can learn more basics in my Couponing 101 post. Using coupons can help you save money on your grocery bill, you don’t have to spend 4-6 hours a day planning a grocery trip.
