Many of you asked about using a coupon clipping service to help increase your coupon stash. I’ve already mentioned 10 Tips to Increase Your Coupon Stash, but if you want to get even more coupons, then you might want to look into a coupon clipping service.
One thing to remember is that when you use coupon clipping services, you aren’t buying the coupon since that is illegal. What you are paying for is the cost per coupon for the service to collect, clip and mail the coupons to you.
So what services are available?
- The Coupon Clippers – Flat $.50 per order fee with a minimum order of $3.
- Ebay – Just search for the coupon you are looking for. Watch for FREE shipping though, since some will charge more for shipping.
- Taylortown Preview – Coupons for less than $1/1 are .05 each unless otherwise noted on the coupon list. Coupons for $1/1 are .10 each. Coupons for more than $1/1 are 10% of the face value of the coupon.
There are many other coupon clipping services out there, but these are a few of the ones I’ve heard most about that have a good reputation. When you are looking at these services, make sure you find out how much you are paying for the coupon, how much the shipping is, and if there are any additional fees.
Have I ever used a coupon clipping service? No – I haven’t because I find other ways to get multiple inserts and because there really are a lot of printable coupons available, so I haven’t found the need. But I know many people do use these services.
Don’t forget you can use the Coupon Database to locate available coupons.
I’d love to hear your thoughts – do you use a coupon clipping service? What do you like about it?
