I have good news! Fry’s will be accepting grocery competitor coupons AND all coupons are worth a $1.00 starting Wednesday, 1/26/11. I’m glad they are bring this back!

You can use coupons from: Albertsons, Safeway, Bashas’, Fresh & Easy, Sunflower, Sprouts, Walmart Marketside, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Whole Foods, Target, AJ’s, Trader Joes, Food City and Ranch Market.

A few rules regarding competitor coupons:

  • Only one competitor amount-off total order coupon from the same competitor may be used per shopping visit.
  • All competitor amount-off total order coupons will be redeemed after all other discounts and coupons have been applied, as long as the requirements of the coupon have been met.
  • Competitor coupons from the internet (printable coupons) can be in Black & White.
  • Competitor coupons will be accepted on identical items, no substitutions

So, what does this mean? You can use Fresh & Easy coupons – however, they can only be used about all the other sales and coupons you are using. If you have a $10 off $50 purchase, just make sure that your total at checkout is at least $50 after all other coupons. And you can only use 1 Fresh & Easy coupon per shopping visit.

Also, all coupons are now worth $1.00 now, even coupons that state “Do Not Double”. The only coupons that cannot be doubled are the eCoupons you load to your card. A few additional rules:

  • You can stack 1 manufacturer coupon with 1 competitor coupon
  • Only 3 of the same exact coupon will be worth $1.00. Any more than 3 will be taken at face value.

In my experience, if you have any issues at Fry’s, just ask to speaker with the manager or customer service. They are very customer friendly. Also remember that this promotion is for a limited time and can change at
