When you think “fiber”, you don’t normally think “yum”, since it is a needed nutrient, it is nice to have some choices. I really like the new Fiber One Oats & Chocolate chewy bars. They are made with chocolate chips (can’t go wrong there) and have calcium and 9 grams of fiber in each bar.
When I was also asked to try one of the Fiber One cereals, I knew I had to pick the Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters since my hubby is a raisin bran fan. Not only does the cereal have whole grain flakes and plump raisins, but it also has 11 grams of fiber in every serving. But the best part was that my hubby liked it, so I didn’t have to explain why I replaced his favorite cereal.
Fiber One products are available at your local Safeway family of stores (Dominick´s, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Vons, and Genuardi´s) so you can try them, too.
