affresh dishwasher I LOVE my front loading washer and dryer. They hold more laundry in every load, use less water and are energy efficient. But one thing I don’t like is that the washer can start to smell “a little less than fresh”.

If you think about it, we clean everything else in our homes, so why not regularly clean the washer. In the past, I’ve tried many different ways to get rid of the “smelly washer” but it didn’t ever seem to really do the trick… so when I heard about the Affresh Washer Cleaner kit, I definitely wanted to try it!

The Affresh products are easy to use – just toss the tablet in your washer – and it does all the hard work. But the part that I liked best was the Grit Grabber Cloths to wipe down the washer after using the tablets. That really helped to get out some of the odor causing residue stuck in the washer.

Although we have a new garbage disposal, I was still happy try the Dishwasher and Disposal Cleaning tablets, too, since I want to keep our disposal like new and keep odors away.  The Affresh dishwasher and disposal cleaner has an MSRP of $5.99 for 6 tablets, which should last  you around 6 months (1 tablet a month), depending on how often you use the product. That is a pretty nice deal for products that will help to keep your higher end appliances like new.

Overall, I was happy to try Affresh cleaners and plan to use them consistently to keep my washers and disposal odor-free.
