Meet my favorite new appliance: The Keurig.

I know it might sound funny how much joy I get from a cup of coffee, but seriously having a personal cup of hot coffee can just make my day.

And since I don’t have the time or money to run to Starbucks every day, it is nice to have an appliance that can give me that personal piece of joy each day, whenever I need want it.

The best part of the Keurig is how simple it is. I love that I can make a fresh cup of coffee whenever I want and only make 1 cup at a time. One of my pet peeves was the wasted coffee sitting in the pot because I only wanted 1 cup.

The Keurig uses K Cups, which can be purchased from Keurig.com, Amazon, or  even your local grocery store (and yes, I’ve even seen coupons for them). K Cups come in over 200 varieties- including Organic Coffee, Tea, and Hot Cocoa.  Another nice feature is the Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter , which you can fill with your favorite coffee. Not only does it allow you to pick your specific type of coffee, but it is also less wasteful, which is always a good thing!
