image Do you ever have those nights when you really don’t feel like cooking? I call those Pizza nights and I always try to keep a few frozen pizzas on hand for those busy days.

Actually pizza nights are a lot of fun in our house, we have a “kitchen dance party” with music, dancing, and lots of laughter. The boys get to pick the music and usually wear us out- but we have a blast while we get the pizza ready.

When I heard about Freschetta Pizza, I was excited to try it since they use natural ingredients: All natural cheese, spring wheat, fresh tomatoes, and a naturally rising crust- all ingredients that help make the pizza taste fresh. So, we decided to try the new Freschetta FlatBread , which has a lighter crust.

I had never used a pizza stone before, but OH MY GOSH, does it cook your pizza perfectly! Seriously, if you are a pizza lover, I recommend picking one up. But if pepperoni isn’t your favorite, don’t worry, they offer several varieties.

So, my trick to those busy days when you don’t feel like cooking? Keep a good frozen pizza in the freezer so you are ready to go anytime with a delicious and fun Pizza Party Night (and don’t forget to crank up the music)!
