Do you use a water filtration system? Not only can it be healthy for you by reducing contaminants, but it is also economical. By switching from bottled water to filtered water and a reusable bottle, the average person could save $600 a year! The PUR water filtration system is one way to cut your cost of plastic bottled water.
Right now PUR Walter Filtration and the Children’s Safe Drinking Water Program are committed to providing clean drinking water to those in need. For every PUR system that is purchased, 1 week of clean drinking water is provided to a child in a developing country. They are also partnering with Summit on the Summit, a celebrity climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
In celebration of this event, PUR has graciously offered to give one of my readers a PUR Pitcher so that he or she can start experiencing the benefits of filtered water!

I have one at home and love it. I would like to get this one and use it at work. No one drinks water in my office because there is only the water fountain that tastes bad.
We love the PUR systems and have been using them for years. Our current pitcher is pretty beaten up and it would awesome to replace it!!

I would love to try this system. I used to use a water filter and stopped when we moved.
I follow you on my Google reader too!
We would love to try the PURE Filter water pitcher. Our fridge’s water taste ok but not great. We end up drinking lots of other beverages like soda, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Hopefully, with better tasting water, we will drink more water. Thanks!
Our family has wanted one of these for years! I am a subscriber to your website also; you have saved me lots of money for which I am grateful.
Thanks!
I have never used a water filtration system before. Our tap water doen’t taste very good, and bottled water adds up. We end up not drinking as much water as we should.

With this pitcher, I will no linger need to buy water bottles, as I can’t drink tap water.

After moving, we haven’t bought a water filter pitcher. I keep wanting to, but haven’t had much extra cash lately. Maybe, I’ll win one. That would be awesome!

The PUR water pitcher would help us keep our resolution to have a healthier diet in 2010. Water from the Pur pitcher is cleaner and better tasting than tap waster, so we’d drink more water if we had a PUR pitcher
This would help me switch over to drinking more water.

I would use the water to make my baby’s bottles.
I would like to replace our water pitcher, because I dropped it and the lid does not stay on without holding the top.

I already stopped buying bottled water to cut back on spending, but my tap water is awful. I put it in the fridge to help the taste, but c’mon, unfiltered Phoenix water is putrid. A PUR filtration pitcher would be a lovely belated x-mas present to my taste buds.
Next step, register. Then, win!

The PUR water pitcher will help us drink more water rather than other sugary drinks. If we have cold water in the fridge, we are much more likely to grab that than something else
I subscribe via Google Reader
My son always complains about the taste of water here. This will help him drink more.
Actually, I would love to give this to my mother-in-law. She uses the big jugs of bottled water but can’t lift them so she has to wait until someone else can change the bottles for her. So if she simply got a PUR pitcher then she could just get rid of the bottled water and save money.
just getting rid of the chlorine taste would help a lot, especially in summer
We go through a ton of bottles water. This would save on our budget and the environment.

I use one all the time at my house and would love to have one at my fiances home. He had a new well put in 2 years ago and the water isn’t good from the faucet. We have saved empty milk jugs and every weekend I take them home and fill them up for him so he can use the water to make coffee and for drinking. I would love to not have to haul water jugs to his house anymore.
Having the PUR water filter will help save us money and help us get our daily allowance of water.
Thanks for the chance.

Great tasting water would be a great way to encourage my kids to choose to drink more water!
This will be great for mom that buys water in the gallons. It would save her a ton.
First of all, love your blog…but the reason we could really use this system is that our water dispenser on our fridge recently broke and being the handy man that my husband isn’t, it is still broken. We would love to try this method of filtration instead of drinking the “not so yummy” tap water. Thanks!
I would love to have a reusable system to help me kick my throw away bottle habit

I would like a pur water pitcher, so I can stop dragging those heavy cartons of bottled water home. My daughter drinks the bottled water and I would like to convince her to switch to pur purified water.
The water where we live tastes horrible, especially in the summer to the point we can barely drink it, but bottled water is so expensive! A PUR pitcher would be wonderful and would definitely keep us better hydrated!

I have been wanting one of these ever since I noticed little white things floating around in our tap water. It’s exoensive to keep buying bottled water!
Thanks!
I would love to win this so I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore (our tap water is nasty)
I would love one of the pitchers! I have a one year old and prefer giving her filtered water.
My husband and I used to have one of these pitchers a few years ago and I could not get over the clean, pure taste that the water held even after several days of refrigeration. Unfortunately the side cracked and left us without and have been drinking bottled water ever since, but it’s so expensive even with coupons and doing the drugstore game! I would LOVE to be able to use this pitcher again and save some plastic out of a landfill somewhere! If not, I will wait patiently until I see a fantastic sale! Thanks for offering this!!
Our water is hard water so we buy bottle water quite frequently, especially during the summer. This would be a great asset to our family. Thank you for the opportunity to win.
It will help us cut down on bottled water
I would love this pitcher to save money on bottled water and help the environment!
Having the pitcher would help my family drink more water. Our tap water tastes bad, so we don’t drink much water when at home.
It would help to prevent buying so much bottled water. The reason I do is because I don’t like the taste of my tap water after it’s bottled!
We use a water filter pitcher and it’s getting “well loved” and I’d love one to replace it! Thanks for the chance!

I need one of these!
just subscribed to Reader and will post something at Facebook!
We love our water and this filter will help us get rid of our water bottles! thanks!
I could use this to fill up my own waterbottles for the gym and while I’m out of the house, instead of buying bottled water!
This might get my cat to actually drink water! She’s been refusing ever since we moved…she must taste something that we don’t!

Would love to have a PUR Water Pitcher. Would help me acheive my goal of drinking 1/2 body weight (in ounces) everyday!!! Thanks!!
This would sure would enable us to drink water more regularly. Having nice cold water in the fridge when its 100+ degrees out…does the job…
I would love to win it for my sister. She can not drink the water in her apartment and this would save lots of money plus no more plastic bottles to dispose of.
Our well water tastes like rust and is nasty even after it goes thru the refrigerator water filter. I would love to win this Pur water pitcher to imporove the taste so I will be able to drink enough water.
This water pitcher will help us become healthier this year – instead of drinking something else we can have filtered water right from our fridge! (And save money too!!)
I would love to try the PUR system. My new years resolution is drink more water, and use refillable bottles.

We so need a new Pur pitcher! Ours has a crack but we’re still using it since the water here tastes yucky (the Pur pitcher totally helps the taste of the water too).
I’ve never used one of these but I love the idea of it helping our budget by ditching the bottled water which in turn would help the recycling.

I would LOVE to win this. We had a refrigerator with filtered water in the door, however we just moved to a new house and the refrigerator here does not have that feature. I would love to keep cold, filtered water in the fridge for my family, so as to avoid the expense and environmental impact of bottled water.
We’re on city water and I can’t stand the taste of it, but these are expensive and I haven’t been able to afford one. I’d probably send this one to work with my hubby, and then get one for me so we both could have good, “clean” water to drink all day both at work and home.

This will help my boyfriend drink more water! We don’t buy bottled water very often, but Will likes to drink his water cold with no ice. We don’t have a pitcher to keep in the refrigerator right now, so he rarely drinks water. I bet my dog Wally-Thor will like it too!
