image You work hard at home, with your kids, and/or your place of employment. Honestly, I don’t think that many of us (especially moms) get chances to just stop and relax (let alone breathe, right?). Between running my own business, teaching, and being there for my family, there is not a lot of “me” time, so when Country Inn & Suites offered a Women’s Fall Retreat, I was very excited to take part!

Now, in all honesty, I think it will be a bit challenging to completely “unplug”, but I’m looking forward to spending some quality time with some girl friends and feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thanks to Country Inn & Suites, I was given a FREE night stay so that I can unwind and truly have a Retreat.

If you are looking to get away, you’ll want to check out Country Inn & Suites FREE night Fall promotion to get a FREE night on a future trip (this would probably be great with the holidays coming up!). This ends 11/30, so you’ll want to act fast. Some of the perks I’m looking forward to at Country Inn & Suites:

  • Complimentary Hot Breakfast
  • FREE Fresh Cookies
  • FREE High-Speed Internet
  • Workout Facility
  • Library/Fireplace Area

While on my Retreat, I’ll also be stopping by Luminoso Spa and Salon for some fun pampering! If you are in the Phoenix area, I recommend that you check them out (especially since they usually have fun promotions) and they offer exceptional service!

I am also going to resolve to stay off the computer for the entire day that I’m gone so that I can truly relax. (Don’t worry, I’ll still have deals posted for you!)

So, what are some of your favorite things to do when you need/want to relax?
