We all like to save a buck and although I love the 2nd hand shop, due to safety concerns, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends not buying certain baby items 2nd hand since they may have been recalled and you just don’t know the history of the product.
In an effort to help in the cost of buying new, Toys “R” Us (and Babies “R” Us) is offering a “Great Trade-In Event” from August 28 through September 20 that will accept returns of used baby products and give a 20% savings on the purchase of a new baby item in any of the product categories (from select manufacturers). The categories include:
- Cribs
- Car seats
- Bassinets
- Strollers
- Travel systems
- Play yards
- High chairs
Manufacturers participating in the event include:
Baby Cache, Babi Italia, Baby Trend, Bertini, Britax, Chicco, Contours by Kolcraft, Cosco, Delta, Eddie Bauer, Evenflo, Graco, Jeep, Nature’s Purest by Summer Infant, Safety 1st and Sorelle

Thanks, BeCentsable!

And don’t miss all the fun Summer FREEBIES & Discounts available for your kids!
