How many of you want a healthy, quick, and good for you snack or meal on the go? If you are like me, *BUSY*, then you’ll probably appreciate Mix1, a protein shake that provides all-natural nutrition for optimal performance . And the best part, they are so yummy!
I was lucky enough to get to try 3 of the protein shake flavors, and although it is hard to pick just one, the Blueberry Vanilla would have to be my pick. Mix1 also offers a hi-antioxidant fiber drink, which has the equivalency of 9 servings of fruits and veggies!
