The CVS I went to today was out of the pencils, but was willing to write me a rain check so I’d get the sale price and the ECB’s…yay! I’ve never been able to do that before on an item where the ECB’s made it free. Hopefully they will keep this up!

Oh good! I have requested a rain check on several other trips- thanks for bringing that up. Of course, every store may be a bit different, but in my experience CVS has great customer service.

I even had a manager order extra of a product for me since it was out and she knew they wouldn’t get as many as I wanted in the next shipment (and I got my ECBs, too!) Ordered is a great option, too, since then you help the store know what kind of demand they will have.

I also love the rainchecks, I have had several occassions recently when i needed them. Yeah! My favorite was getting them to give me the raincheck with the ECB deal last week on the photo books. Since the rainchecks don’t expire, they will come in handy closer to Christmas! YEAH!!!
