zoo kidsfree  Did you know that the Phoenix Zoo was voted one of the Nation’s Top 5 Zoos for Kids? Not only is it one of the largest private non-profit organizations in the country by caring for more than 1300 animals, but it is the 2nd most popular cultural attraction in Arizona, behind the Grand Canyon.

phxzoo_mask_logoNow, for the first time, the Phoenix Zoo is offering FREE daytime admission to kids 12 and under until August 31! If you are looking for something fun to do this summer in Phoenix, you’ll definitely want to check out the Zoo. I recommend going early (opens at 7am) to avoid the heat.   (Thanks Tiffany!)

Looking for more fun FREE family events this summer?

Check out the Culture Pass at a local library (Phoenix residents).

See a Cheap Family Movie.

Go Bowling FREE (kids).

Visit a Museum for FREE sponsored by Target or Bank of America.
