It’s Memorial Day Weekend, so we definitely need to schedule some bar-b-que fun! These meals prove that you can have fun meals and keep within budget!

Meal #1: Bar-b-que Chicken with Grilled Veggies

Tyson Split Chicken Breast $.88 lb

Kraft Bar-b-que Sauce

2 Red or Yellow Bell Pepper $1 each

Sweet Vidalia Onions $1 lb

Roma Tomatoes $1 lb

Just grill up your chicken on the bar-b-que and lather it with the sauce! The veggies are delicious grilled: just cut up into bite size pieces/strips put in foil and pour a little Italian dressing on them. Then close the foil and place on the grill!
