As a mom, I know the importance of my family staying healthy and the impact that I have on my children. I was very happy to receive a Wii Fit this past Christmas (thanks, mom!) and so surprised at the workout you can get hula-hooping! We have enjoyed bowling, playing tennis, or even jogging- all in our home as a family!
When the weather is nice, we like to take walks around our neighborhood. My 3 year old sometimes rides his bike or scooter as I push his younger brother in the stroller.
