I made another Target trip last night and ended up saving 61%! Although I didn’t find all the deals I wanted, and had to deal with a few cashier/coupon issues, it was still a pretty good haul!

I did the Gillette scenario twice in my first transaction:

Transaction #1:
2 Gillette Fusion Power Razors ($7.99)
2 Gillette Shave Gel ($1.89)
-(2)$2/1 Gillette Fusion Power Razor (4/5 P&G)
-(2)$1/1 Gillette Shave Gel (4/5 P&G)
=oop: $14.25, got $10 gift card for the next transaction

Transaction #2 highlights:
*I found quite a few things on clearance, was hoping to find the Starbucks chocolates I heard about, but didn’t find them*

Gillette Clinical Strenth Deodorant clearanced at $3.98
-$2/1 (4/5 P&G) = $1.98!

Vitaminwater $1
-$1/1 (4/5 SS) = FREE!

And my favorite find was the DirtDevil Broom Vac, normally $49.99, on clearance for only $12!

There were a lot of dog/cat supplies on clearance 70% off, too.

Overall, I saved 61%! Not bad! Have you gone to Target this week? Find any great clearance deals?

I’ve had a few good deals this week. I need to go back as I have quite a few store Qs that go with manufacturer Qs for things I need.

    Here’s my two posts…

I found the pet food clearance shelves to be a great deal last night – there were a number of different brands of canned dog food on deep discount (20-30 cents/can usually $1/can) so I grabbed those, especially after reading the contents list (mostly meat, some real veg, no junk filler). I also had a couple coupon/checkout issues, especially using a mfr and a Target coupon for each of 2 bottles of All Small & Mighty. But it was worth it to be persistent since each bottle cost about $2 when I was done :)

You did great. I am so jealous that we don’t have Target!

I went to Target last night and got two bags of Hershey's Bliss for 99 cents a piece combining mfr & Target Qs. I also got two of the All Small & Mighty for around $2.00 also using mfr & Target Qs. The deal I liked the most was Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo was on clearance for $2.54 a piece. I had a mfr Q of $3/3 and then I used two $1 Target Qs (I wish I had one more). Anyway, I believe with the $5 in Qs it came out to about 87 cents a piece. Not bad since it's usually about $3 a piece.
