I wrote on a similar topic this week...I guess green and frugal is on everyone's minds lately!

I try my best to do all those and more, but am guilty of forgetting to turn the computer off. I gotta work on that!

:)

Am trying harder to get into using reusable totes, although I usually ask for paper bags at the grocery store because I can put out all our recyclable cans/bottles in those and then they get recycled at the same time. But not only are there a bunch of totes available free this week in different store offers, I found some great (and very big) totes at Kohl's for $1.99 each. So with those, plus the smaller free ones, I'm set :) Go green!!!!

Good tips! I haven't cut out my use of plastic grocery/walmart bags totally, but I bag my own groceries and pack them full, and tell the Walmart checker to use as few as possible. Then I also reuse them for trash bags, etc. I wish I could recycle them, but ours doesn't take them.
