Well, I have been diligently tracking my spending and savings in January to see how much I’m actually saving our family by finding deals, tracking down coupons, etc. Here is what I found:
- 90% savings at CVS- Wow! I spent $37.77 and saved $350.81. Find out more how I play the CVS game to save here. Although I spent more this month that I planned, I still saved a ton and will attempt to spend less next month.
- 62% savings at Fry’s (Kroger affiliated). My goal is to be at 75% savings here, but at the beginning of the month I didn’t get as close to that mark as I wanted. My later trips (view here) were close to 70%, so I’m getting closer to my goal.
- 75% savings at Walgreens- right on target, now if I can get it closer to my CVS savings.

Next month, I’ll let you know how I did and hopefully I will also have a section on “Earning” through Swagbucks, paid surveys (i.e. SendEarnings), and blogging (through affiliates like LinkShare. If you are interested you can, Join LinkShare Today!)

And don’t miss all the fun Summer FREEBIES & Discounts available for your kids!
